Carriers can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan. If nothing has moved after 7 days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Possibly, if you're outside the United States. Duties are set by your country and collected by the carrier, not by us.

14 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Swimwear, underwear and final-sale items can't be returned.

We refund within 3 business days of your return arriving. Your bank takes another 5–10 to show it.

Order the size you want and return the first one. It's faster, and it means your size doesn't sell out while you wait.

True to size. If you're between sizes, size up in anything corseted — the boning holds its shape and won't give.
