We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out — but we’re here to make your return process simple and stress-free.

At ThouSaints, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order (14 days for customers in the EU). Please read the instructions below to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Fill out the form below (if using Shopify contact form) or send us an email at thousaintsdresses@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Email used at checkout
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your local shipping carrier using the provided label.

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation and process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
